Direct Beachfront Apartments with Sea Views in Edinburgh
Beachfront Location
Beachview Apartment sits directly on Portobello Beach, with the promenade and shoreline a few steps from the entrance. The apartment block faces the water, and large lounge windows in the main living area frame the beach and sea. Guests can walk from the front door to local cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops along the Portobello High Street, with bus stops offering 24-hour service into Edinburgh city centre.
Apartment & Amenities
The apartment includes two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle. A washing machine is available for guest use, along with a projector that displays onto the living room wall for movie viewing. Parking & EV Charging
Free private on-site parking is available, with each guest allocated their own designated space at the front door. An electric vehicle charging station is located on the property for guests with electric cars. Pets are allowed at the apartment, and the beachfront promenade provides a direct route for dog walks. Guests with disabilities have stayed here and reported easy access to all rooms and the bathroom.
On-Site Dining & Nearby Services
A restaurant operates on the ground floor of the apartment block, serving meals to guests and locals. Across the street, a bar offers drinks and evening entertainment. The surrounding Portobello area has a selection of eateries, including the Beach House Cafe, within a short walking distance of the apartment entrance.
